Who we are
This site is run by Mindful Lending LLC ("Mindful Lending", "we", "us"), which makes business-purpose loans to builders and real estate investors. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, what we do with it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply, we collect what you enter: the kind of project, the property address, your email address, the purchase price, budget and expected value, your name and phone number, how many projects you have done, and any notes.
Applications you start. We save the first step of the application (the kind of project, the property address and your email address) as soon as you complete it, whether or not you finish.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers receive your IP address and information about your browser and device. We also use cookies, described below.
How we use it
- To consider your application and contact you about it.
- To follow up with you if you start an application and do not finish it.
- To make, close and service a loan, if your application becomes one.
- To keep the site secure and our forms free of spam.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Strictly necessary. These protect our application form from spam, with Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Analytics. These show us which pages are read and how visitors use the site. They are set by Google Analytics and last up to two years.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without the analytics cookies, but the application form may not send without the spam check. To stop Google Analytics on every site you visit, Google offers a browser add-on.
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for what it means, so the site does not change how it works when it receives one.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the site and store applications (Cloudflare), deliver our email (Resend) and measure how the site is used (Google). They may use the information only to provide those services.
- The people needed to make your loan, if your application becomes one: for example the title company that closes it, and lenders who take part in it.
- Others when required. We share information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Mindful Lending, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
We do not sell personal information. We and our service providers are based in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or as long as the law requires. Information about a loan we make is kept with that loan's records.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and adults applying for business-purpose loans. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
The site links to other sites, including our borrower portal, which has its own terms. This policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
